Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Santra website and the presentation, onboarding and use of the Santra service unless a separate agreement has been made with the customer.
Service provider
Santra is provided by Rainy Mondays, Uittomiehenkatu 9 B8, 38210 Sastamala, Finland. Email: info@getsantra.com.
Purpose of the service
Santra is a sales and service assistant installed on a website. It can chat with visitors, capture leads, collect quote requests, guide visitors to booking and route information to the customer’s selected channels.
Onboarding and customer responsibilities
During onboarding, the customer’s services, goals, collected data, integrations and Santra’s basic logic are defined. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and suitability of the information provided.
Prices and billing
Prices are shown excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. Monthly fees and onboarding are billed according to the price list or a separate offer. Large integrations, unusually high usage, urgent support and custom work may be priced separately.
AI assistant responses
Santra may use automation and AI to produce responses. Responses are limited as far as possible to the customer’s defined content and purpose, but the customer is responsible for keeping the source information accurate and up to date.
Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy. A separate data processing agreement can be agreed when needed.
